Preston Idaho

So today we went to Preston, Idaho the home town of Napoleon Dynamite or what Preston, Idaho is famous for. It was fun to see where everything was filmed for a flippin awesome movie.

So we went to the high school, and took pictures. I bought a Preston High School gym shirt like the ones they were in the movie, pretty awesome, eh?

This is the building that Rex Kwon do was filmed in.
Rex: I'm Rex, founder of the Rex Kwan Do self-defense system! After one week with me in my dojo, you'll be prepared to defend yourself with the strength of a grizzly, the reflexes of a puma, and the wisdom of a man.

This is Pedro's house, you know were Napoleon does sweet jumps on his bike, heck yes you know what I am talking about.
Napoleon Dynamite: What kind of bike do you have?
Pedro: It's a sledgehammer.
Napoleon Dynamite: Dang! You got shocks, pegs... lucky! You ever take it off any sweet jumps?

The bowling lane were uncle Rico and Kip go bowling.
Uncle Rico: We also need some way to make us look official, like we got all the answers.
Kip: How bout some gold bracelets?
Uncle Rico: We need like some name tags with our picture on it, all laminated and what not. I mean, we gotta look legit man.
Kip: That's true, that's true.

And this is the D.I that Napoleon gets his sweet suit for the dance, and Kings is were Uncle Rico and Napoleon go to buy stuff.
Uncle Rico: Napoleon, you know we can't afford the fun pack. What, do you think money grows on trees in this family? Take it back! And get some Pampers for you and your brother while you're at it.
Napoleon Dynamite: Pedro, how do you feel about that one?
Pedro: It looks nice.
Napoleon Dynamite: Yeah, it looks pretty sweet. It looks awesome. That suit, it's... it's incredible.
It was a pretty sweet day, i had fun looking at all the cool places where the movie was filmed, we asked about the diner were Uncle Rico and Kip go to eat, but it was torn down to put in a four lane high way. So that was sad, but it was a pretty good day.

Shooting

I went shooting today which was spare of the moment. I only got to shoot a Revolver, but I love shooting this gun, I think I like it because, I can aim with this gun. Last time I went shooting I forgot my Camera, so I remembered this time. I even know what kinds of bullets go in this gun, either had 38 specials, or 357 mag. Well that is what we shoot.

I think I am a pretty good shoot, I would also be scared if someone gave me a gun. I know most people thing it is scary that I know how to shoot. I wish I could go shooting more in Canada.

So in this picture I was shooting the 357 mag. bullets and these have kick back and it ripped off the skin on my thumb it hurt, but it is still fun to shoot. Then after shooting we went off roading in the mountains behind me. Man I LOVE SHOOTING. Logan is also really hot right now it is like 27 degrees out. When I go shooting again I will get a picture of me shooting an AK-47, also a sweet gun to shoot.

Trip down to Utah

So Garrett and mine trip started out pretty funny, he didn't go to the right place to pick me up, so we waited 30 minutes for that. Then we started to drive and well i took my mom's keys and left her stranded, they finally got a hold of us about 70 km away from were she was, so we had to drive back so we were out another hour. but it was funny. So the first picture is out first stop in Montana in the Mountains, the second is the bones we saw on our stop.

And this is entering into Utah, the first time i stayed awake the whole drive down to Utah. I was pretty excited but it was a fun ride down. Thanks Garrett for the ride it was fun. It was weird not having Kaila around this trip, but i still had a Payne with me the whole trip down. But I will miss that Payne That is in Canada.

Utah

These are our pictures to Utah over Eater, it did a 5km run/walk that Jake put on, went to Salt Lake City for the day, and hung out in Logan, we had lots of fun, can't wait to do another road trip.

who wants to play?

So this weekend was a good one. Lets start with Friday night. We went to the Oscars, we got to dress up all pretty in our grad dresses. We got lots of comments which made us feel supper pretty. Oh maybe we should tell you about the Oscars, so each FHE group made a five minute long movie and then a activities committee judged them. Kaila was on the committee, but my FHE group's movie won BEST COMEDY we kinda did a spoof on The Office, but called it The Ward. It was also lots of fun watching all the other videos. Our Ward's Videos were the best.

It was a goodnight out. There were three little moneys jumping on the the bed but one feel off and bumped her head. So now there is only two. But they sure are cute moneys. Haven't you always wanted a Monkey.














Okay on to Saturday, Well we went to a YSA conference in Cardston. We learned about Celestial Dating and the Temple. I love going to YSA activities, this week alone I had three lessons on Celestial Dating. I think they are trying to tell us something, but I really don't know what. Anyways so after the conference we took some
pictures.

We had a good time taking Photos, people kept stopping to ask if we needed any help to take the pictures but we did pretty good, you can see the temple and that is all that matters. Oh yeah Kaila is happy because she is going to the Celestial Kingdom.

In the end we were sad to go back to Lethbridge.
